I don't write code by hand. I work AI-native: I own the architecture, specifications and review, and AI coding agents write the code – Claude Code with various models, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot and JetBrains Junie. I steer them with specifications, context repositories, custom skills and commands, and connect them to tools through MCP servers. Code review runs through AI too, with me as the human in the loop.
As AI change champion at Kooperativa, I roll out AI tools across the company and in my own teams – Copilot, Junie and Claude. I work with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and Midjourney every day and help teams use AI to ship faster and raise code quality.
